"Eric is a friend of mine but yet treated us as a customer. He showed up on time and helped me move my couch out of the house for I didn't have help to do so before he arrived. He explained the process and what to do and not do. With not having an opinion on what to do he gave me great advice and my floors turned out amazing and more than I expected. With having to do our stairs which added more hands on work and all. The result is absolutely amazing. "Eric did a great job refinishing our original maple floors. We had a leak under our dishwasher which cause significant cupping and bowing of the wood in our kitchen. We were afraid we would need to replace our whole floor to keep consistency throughout the first story of our home but Eric was able to sand it down and refinish to resolve the damaged area and refresh the whole floor. He sampled a custom stain for us to match the character of our home. He also worked long hours to get done quickly. We are very pleased with the work!"

"I used to be in the building trade, now in real estate, so I have seen many contractors and construction trades work over the years. Eric was hired to do my personal homes floor, changing the old pine wood floor out to a new Hickory floor. From start to finish it was quick, he worked long hours to accommodate our busy life and dogs (which isn't easy to live in the house around a job like this). Eric & Russel did an amazing job, the floor looks beautiful and we are thankful. Like many jobs sometimes there are issues, after the floor was done there were just a couple small, and I mean very small details I wanted looked at and he replied quickly and even came out to fix them within 2 days which was excellent. Eric cares about his profession and puts in a lot of effort to ensure things are right."

"Eric does such an amazing job! He is honest and takes pride in his work. He explains the process from the beginning through completion with no surprises and offers fair prices. He can take your drab old floors and make them fab!"

"Eric came to give us a bid to freshen up our main floor. When he arrived he explained in the detail the process of restoring our flooring and exactly what to expect; which we really appreciated. His bid was fair and reasonable for the nature of the work to be completed.
One of our apprehensions was the thought of the dust that would cover everything. I was pleasantly surprised to see that there was very little dust due the self contained vacuum system that Eric uses.
Each day after Eric was finished he would clean the areas he worked in and wipe down my cabinets; which we appreciated as we were still living in our home while the work was completed. I never noticed any dust on my electronics or other woodwork which surprised me.
Eric was also flexible in working with our busy schedule; which most businesses will not do.
He also mixes his own stain colors and put down multiple stain samples on our floor for us to see which color we liked best; and what would go with our woodwork and cabinets.
His final product turned out fantastic! Pictures don’t do it justice.

"Eric sanded and refinished our existing hardwood floors, and also removed carpet and put down new hardwood flooring. He was very thoughtful during the process and went out of his way to make sure we were happy and not inconvenienced too much. He also went out of his to keep things as neat and clean as he could. We are very happy with the end result and would recommend him to anyone looking to refinish their hardwood floors or to lay new flooring down.
